Support is us. Write to the address on this page and one of the people who builds Nofovo answers it, usually the same working day and always within two working days. There is no ticket queue and no first-line script.

If Nofovo Pro is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of a payment and we refund that month in full, no questions and no retention call. Cancelling is one click on the account page and never requires an email. Cancelling needs no message at all: your account ends the subscription itself, effective at the period end.
