Nofovo is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

What you type into a sheet stays in your browser unless you save it to an account. If you open an account we hold your email, your organisation name and the records you save: funders, applications, awards and reports. If you send the enquiry form we hold what you wrote and the address to reply to.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor: you contract with Ellul Solutions Ltd and pay us directly. We do not sell, rent or pass on enquiries or your records, and we do not share what you are applying for with anybody, including other users. Payments are processed by Stripe, which sees the card and the billing details; email is sent through our email provider. Nobody else receives your data.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@nofovo.com. We respond within one month.
